We stand behind our quality. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To ensure the safety of all pets, we have strict hygiene standards:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed.
  • Must be free of pet hair, saliva, or signs of chewing.
  • Must include original packaging and all accessories (feathers, cables, etc.).
Note: For hygiene reasons, toys that have been used by pets cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping Cost

Change of Mind

If you or your cat simply didn't like the toy (it happens!), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged

If the toy arrives broken or stops working due to a defect, we provide a prepaid label or a free replacement.

How to Start a Return

Email our support team at support@pzhmev.com with:

  • Your Order Number (e.g., #PZ1001)
  • Reason for return
  • Photo/Video: If the item is defective, a short video helps us resolve it instantly.

*Please do not send items back without approval. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status via email.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
