Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping (US): Typically 3–7 business days after the order is processed.

Rates & Tracking
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Look out for our Free Shipping promotions on orders over $50!
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email notification containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Delivery Issues
Wrong Address?
Please check your address carefully. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged?
If your package is marked delivered but missing, please email support@pzhmev.com within 7 days so we can investigate.
